Thom outreached me initially and while a bit skeptical at first, I listened. I was intrigued with what I heard as he talked with me about various franchise opportunities. Franchising has always been an interest for me and Thom was quite knowledgeable about this vast landscape. While he talked about helping me get to a “point of clarity”, initially, I couldn’t help but think he was just trying to “sell me something”.
