Thom Goodyke, ESource Coach

As a Career Ownership Coach, I help people realize their dreams of self-sufficiency in a safe environment. Through a process of education, awareness and discovery, I help my Clients clarify their personal income, lifestyle, wealth and equity goals and evaluate their options. With a relationship of trust and in a safe space, I coach my Clients to understand what motivates them and to evaluate what is really important to them.
I am an innovative and strategic executive with an emphasis on quality, reputation and service, doing what I have always most enjoyed, bringing people and the products or services they need together. In my professional roles I have consistently succeeded by building on a foundation which seeks first to listen to determine a client’s needs and then meet those needs with pertinent advice and resources.

I love living in Michigan with my wife and our two sons. We enjoy being together and active outdoors in every season our State offers.

Work history.

Prior to becoming a Career Ownership Coach, I was an innovative and strategic executive moving up the corporate ladder with an emphasis on quality, reputation, and service. As a senior-level leader and business owner, I successfully and strategically developed and supported my employees while creating deep, long-term customer relationships across the country and with suppliers around the globe.
